Name/Nickname: Oh wow. Mysteryking works. If you need something else, I guess I can... please don't need something else.
Birthday: 1993. I'd rather not go much past that, for privacy concerns you understand.
Favorite color: Light blue, just slightly darker than cyan, but only a shade or two.
Favorite Pokémon: Swampert, hands down. Starter pokemon always tend to grow on you. Before that, it was Feraligtr, and Empoleon rivals those two now.
Favorite song: Can't do it. I have too many.
Favorite movie: Probably Iron Man 2 or Inception. Within a few years I expect it to be The Avengers.
Favorite food: Can't do it. I'm a fat kid and enjoy too many foods.
Favorite animal: Whale. They are just epic.
Favorite roleplay: I enjoy multi-universe roleplays, similar in concept to traditional "cross-overs." I like the chance, mostly, however, to show off of "Metaverse," what I have dubbed the collection I have of superhumans, metahumans, and general "superheroes and super villains" characters and ideas that I've woven into a mildly sane story. I like to start on a small scale, and end up dealing with huge, world-and-bigger consequence-bearing happenings. I like to focus on characters, and enjoy just throwing characters together and seeing what happens. Beyond that, I'm a fan of Medieval fantasy.
Other: Very much the self-proclaimed-nerd. I'm a member of American Mensa (if you know what that is, thank you for existing). (I am a fan of parenthetical statements.) I have several projects in mind for long-term writing ideas, including a Dystopia novel in the form of Brave New World. I started roleplaying several years ago, and have kept my first character around. He's not changed much since perhaps his second or third incarnations, but the world he exists in has changed beyond recognition, which of course alters his back story. I also enjoy writing back-stories. I've made characters before just to write their past. I'm a fan of UK Basketball, and I sing. A lot. Anything else can be asked, or, if you're good, deduced. I look forward to roleplaying and chatting on this site. w00t

No wonder you like those Pokémon when you like blue. True, the Starters do tend to grow on you more, even though the others can become just as important. But first partners are always just so awesome. ;_; Does that mean also you enjoy Water-types above the rest?

Yeah, it would be fun to just randomly throw characters together. Multi-universes (I like that phrase better) seem fun, even if I've never done them myself. The superhumand and villians ideas are always quite interesting, too. I look forward to possibly seeing you make a roleplay - I like your ideas. =b

My characters never seem to change once I made them, but yeah, after you have them for a while and continuously change backstories, they'll be changed. But that's nice so things don't get old sometimes.

American Mensa is more or less the national nerd club.

And I do like the water types as far design go. After Generation 2, the fire and grass starters just started looking goofy to me, although I loved Charmander in generation 1 and I used all three at one point in Crystal. I do like my flying types though. So sleek, in most generations.

My characters slowly evolve. I'm continually change back stories, presence, and occasionally personality to make them fit the world I put them in better. For example, my Pokemon trainer has only changed once, and my first character doesn't change much at all any more. Neither do his contemporaries.

A pal and I found a whole plot out of seeing what happens when multiple universes start impacting each other. (Still ongoing. I'm hopeful for it turning out well.)

Hmm, I've never tried a crossover roleplay before. I'll have to do that at some point!
It's always fun to just jump into a roleplay and let the characters react how they will. For me, that's the best way to get a real feel for my characters. I might not realize exactly how a character behaves until they're confronted with a situation and they just act how they will.

Brave New World is a brilliant book - the part was my favorite by far, when John the savage starts discussing philosophy. By the end of that book, it's hard to say what exactly is right and what is wrong. To me, that made it even more disturbing and intriguing than a more obvious dystopia such as 1984. Best of luck with your idea, it sounds interesting!
