The Info
It is the ages of the dragons. Britain is still Anglo-Saxon and with separate countries. There is a genetic mutation that has these people who have green eyes. It is a new mutation and one with an extraordinary ability. It seems to appears mostly in females. Giving females the name witches. Anybody with green eyes can communicate and can actually become one with the dragons.
Green eyes are rare in the Anglo-Saxons lives. However what happens even more rarely is people who have special powers. These powers are granted by fairy blood, dragon blood, or by extremely rare mutation in itself. These people are hidden among the average Anglo-Saxon village and castle.. They go about doing their own things.
Fairies
Villagers and kings do not know that there are fairies. For the fairies look nothing major. if anything they also hide. There is very few clans that live throughout the lands. However it is so far hidden it is hard to come across.
Fairies look differently from one another. There is three groups of them: pixies, elves, and your everyday fairy.
Pixies have the ability to change form and voice. They can look like any human or any animal. They have a serious issue of wanting blood.
Elves or Elven fairies are unique. They have a government and are part of this royal family. They seem to rule over the everyday fairy. They live in near by woods and watching the area. Very rarely a royal will have a sudden need to mate with any human of choice. Which allows the royal blood to continue in case human beings ever figure out what is around them. The Elven family have incredible speed, physic ability, and telekinesis. They do know how to wield and create weapons of choice. However they prefer to hide over fighting.
You everyday fairy is of course fairies with wings. They have to follow under orders of Elven families. You everyday fairy has the ability to go invisible if they stay still. They can grow small plants and go anywhere they feel the need. They can teleport. Their sizes range from flower size to the size of an eagle.
If any fairy other than a pixie ever taste human blood it will get the need and become a pixie.
Dragons
There is a variety of dragons. If you can create it it is yours. They go from tall to super tiny as a hummingbird. They each have a different kind of breathe. Fire is the most common of the dragons. Very rarely does a dragon kidnap a girl, and take her to his or her domain to be a slave.
Dragons have the ability to transfer into humans.. However they try to keep this ability super secret in fear of humans figuring out how to track and hunt them down. If they turn into human their magical power increase and they are considered to be called wizards.

The Gods interfere very rarely. You may rpg a god however you must be sure to know everything about that god first. They are only allowed to be minor Gods.
The Actual Plot
The King of the Anglo-Saxons is frustrated and made at the world around him. He blames everything on the dragons and dislikes how they are slippery and are impossible to control. He especially hates this one dragon for stealing his only daughter and heir to the throne. He has sent his military to seek out any girl or boy with green eyes to capture them and bring them to him. The goddess of fate. In human form told him that the green eye people have the ability to control and manipulate dragons.
When the king sent out his best knights to gather the green eye people he quickly found none of them could control even a baby dragon. He murdered each and every one. The Goddess of fate whispered in the king's ear that only five chosen green eye people could do it and one of them was located in a village in his domain.
He had sent his army to receive the young child. However she had gotten away.
