Well, the new Pokemon games came out fairly recently, so I decided to make a thread where we can post our teams. Be it a dream team, your real team, or your future team, feel free to post it.
Since I've restarted my game for the umpteenth time, I'll post my team later. Or just edit this post with it if no one's posted yet. orz
Oh, and we can discuss about Pokemon/teams here too. Like ask how to make your team better and stuff, or talk about our own preferences and how this one Pokemon is totally pwnsome. Doesn't have to be just post and go. >.<

Since I do not know all the Black and White Pokémon or their Abilities yet, I am rolling with the flow here. Only have three badges and I am currently playing through the desert.
Playing White, even if I got Black too. Is it that weird? In Black I will not care about natures and such, but in White I want to be strategic. Some of them I attempted to plan for natures. I cannot remember what each nature boosts since I honestly never paid attention to them. Natures do not even matter later on when you can get the items to boost those stats, do they? Oh well, let me have my fun.
Current White team.
Dewott named Azusa. Mostly go with Fire, but people were gushing about how awesome Oshawott was. Plus, I do not like Tepig's evolutions. But my little Azusa has done well and is a nice asset my team. Named after Azusa from K-ON! as a tribute, of course! Female. Level 26. Tackle, Focus Energy, Water Gun, and Water Pulse. Hasty. Torrent.
Herdier named Kiromo. Love him. He is awesome. Intimidate would be the superior Ability, but I cannot do much about it. Sand Rush is helping me in the desert anyway. Plus it was Adamant nature on the first shot and that was a lucky break. Male. Level 28. Work Up, Tackle, Take Down, and Bite. Adamant. Sand Rush.
Blitzle named Bizare. Epic. Electric but can have a Fire move. Pretty cool right there. Similar to what my idea for this Pokémon originally was. -_- Female. Level 26. Flame Charge, Thunder Wave, Charge, and Spark. Jolly. Motor Drive.
Team good so far? Deciding through the below ones for another permanent member. Yeah, I need more males, I suppose.
Scraggy named Zalena. Female. Level 22. Faint Attack, Headbutt, Swagger, and Brick Break. Careful. Shed Skin.
Pidove named Nahika. Female. Level 12. Gust, Growl, Leer, and Quick Attack. Relaxed. Super Luck.
Archen named Tropica. Female. Level 25. Pluck, AncientPower, Agility, and Quick Guard. Hardy. Defeatist. The Ability is sort of odd, but okay in a way.
Pansear named Zasoshi. Female. Level 12. Scratch, Leer, Lick, and Incinerate. Quiet. Gluttony.

After some hours of playing on this dreary rainy day, I got two badges. Will be on to my third after I beat Team Plasma's butt again. My Current Team: Spoiler'd so as not to stretch the page immediately... Zavier the Dewott Male Lv. 24 Razor Shell, Water Gun, Retaliate, Focus Energy Modest (+Sp.Atk,-Spd) Torrent I heard Sarah-nyan and Zelda say they were going to get Tepig and Snivy (though it seems that's changed xD), so I chose Oshawott as my starter. Now he's a Dewott and he's... alright, I guess. Well-balanced as a starter should be, but he hasn't done anything noteworthy. Also, named after Zavier from the original Rune Factory, 'cuz he has the same freckles as Oshawott. x3 (And how do you not like the Tepig evo line? They were the best of all the Unova starters. xD) Sparkz the Blitzle Male Lv. 22 Shock Wave, Flame Charge, Pursuit, Thunder Wave Hardy (Neutral) Motor Drive I. Don't. Like. Blitzles. I mean, Flame Charge is cool, but all this guy really has going for him is his speed. And he's not one of those fast and hard hitters either. Going to replace him with a better Electric-type later... assuming there are any. orz Sparkz is a simple name for an Electric Pokemon. Should be easy to tell where it comes from. Daria the Darumaka Female Lv. 16 Fire Fang, Headbutt, Incinerate, Rage Serious (Neutral) Hustle Freshly caught. Had one on a previous playthrough, and it was good enough. Not amazing, unfortunately, but got the job done fairly well. I like that it can learn Fire Punch, a move that I like for no real reason. xD It can also learn Fighting-type moves, which come in handy. The nickname is simply derived from Darumaka, though I suppose she can also be a tribute to everyone's favorite artist and rainbow-lover, Elite Daria from Rune Factory 3. ^^ KK the Sandile Female Lv. 18 Assurance, Sand Tomb, Sand-Attack, Torment Jolly (+Spd,-Sp.Atk) Moxie Also freshly caught, and also had one on a previous playthrough. I loved it; it's stats are good, moves are good, it can have the great Ability, Moxie, and it's evo line looks cool. I will probably always have one every time I replay this. Oh, and I was gonna name it Steve after the Crocodile Hunter, but it turned out to be a girl. >.>; So after a long brain fart, I just called her KK. The name's actually starting to grow on me. Zere the Pansear Male Lv. 13 Cut, Incinerate, Fury Swipes, Leer Hardy (Neutral) Gluttony This guy is just here to cut trees for me and stuff. Used to help out Zavier, but now that I caught more Pokemon, he's useless. Nickname is a crazy alternate spelling of "sear", though it's pronounced ZEER. @sarah-nyan Nature will still help increase a stat even when you use stat boosting items. So a Pokemon with a Brave nature(+Atk,-Spd) will still have a higher attack than a Hardy(neutral) Pokemon of the same species, assuming they were given the same amount of the stat booster, are the same level, and have the same IVs and EVs. ... I think. It's all this techno mumbo jumbo that turns me off from competitive battling. x.x; But now that I can connect my game to the internet, I think I'll give it a shot. I actually really like Herdier. He could always take a hit and dish one out too. But the final evo irked me, so I don't have one on this team. xD; I think the best out of your pending four would be Scraggy. It has good defenses as well as a unique typing (dark/fighting, I think?). Oh, and not sure if you know this, but the fourth Gym Leader specializes in Electric-types. So it'd be good to catch a Ground-type like Sandile or Drilbur before you exit the desert. And by strategic, do you mean you want a competitive team?

I got the games a few days early, but I took a while to beat everyone because I like taking my time. The final battle was nail-biting. asdfgh HYDREIGON DO NOT EVOLVE THAT EARLY, DAMMIT. Here's my most used 'monz:
Ansgar - level 33 male Tepig (no real use) Lucid - level 51 female Musharna (battles) Chance - level 42 male Audino (battles) Sunil - level 42 male Swoobat (battles) Pallav - level 45 male Leavanny (battles) Ahti - level 44 male Simipour (battles) Moana (aka Mo) - level 42 male Carracosta (battles) Skuld - level 43 female Gothitelle (battles) Erlantz - level 44 male Swanna (battles) Gwyn - level 42 male Minccino (battles) Perseus - level 11 male Frillish (musicals) Medusa - level 11 female Frillish (musicals) Holden - level 30 genderless Golett (battles) Ereshkigal - level 41 female Vullaby (battles)
My sh!tck happens to be bishounen 'monz. Most of the Pokémon who are males are girly species. 83 The levels are slightly outdated and I'm currently training to level 67. OTL

You never evolved Tepig? =o And why lv. 67? That seems like a random level to train to. xD
Heh, bishoumonz~
And I restarted again. |D I think I'll do a Nuzlocke this time.

67 is a safe number of levels above the levels of the post-League trainers. And no, I didn't evolve Ansgar, because I dislike his evolutions. He's adorable as a Tepig.
Ugh, Nuzlockes. I get tired/annoyed with them too quickly.
