As everyone has probably noticed, I'm on a season obsession. The freedom from snow does that to me, haha.
ANYWAY, one of the byproducts of such obsession is polls! So here is a season poll. :D

Freedom? D: I wish we'd gotten more snow (at least where I am) this winter...altogether it was probably like...not even five inches.
For me, it's between summer and winter, but since we don't got to school for the majority of summer, I picked it. x3

I wouldn't mind so much if I didn't have to drive to class, plus where I live, are total inches were double digits, haha. I'm more than ready for some green grass and flip-flops. :)

Spring and autumn are great for the atmosphere - not that my area even sticks to what is considered them anymore. The leaves are pretty when they are colored and everything is nice when there is new things growing, but winter is the best.
It irritates me when there is so much complaining about winter. People do not like the cold and snow, but I could say the same about muggy weather. Storms, tornados, bugs, the fact there is nowhere to go around here for a vacation anyway, and that unbearably awful heat . . . @_@ Nothing fantastic about it. I can see why the snow is inconvient since it is all over the place and makes more work, but that is what I get for the minority opinion.
The only thing that is stupid about the beginning of winter is that people who have lived around these parts act like they cannot drive when the snow starts falling and it is a bit slippery. Just a little. I guess they have to get used to it again after several months, but they have been here for years and apparently still have to make tons of slide-offs because they are not careful. -_-
/post somehow turned into a rant
But yay for the frosty winter! It gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling~

I'm not a spring person. >< The flowers and green are beautiful and I love the warmer weather (I wore shorts for the first time in FOREVER a couple weeks ago ;u;) but I get serious allergies. My eyes get all itchy and I sneeze and sniffle every two seconds. Not fun. -_-
Winter is nice and gives us excuses to bake more and have hot chocolate. :D And it has Christmas and my birthday barely. And snow, of course. <3
I'm indifferent to fall...it's not my favorite, but it does have Halloween. x3

Spring is alright. The weather is great, but because of school, I don't go out to enjoy it much. ;^; With spring being right before summer break, I tend to get burned out with schoolwork, so I end up spending a lot of my time procrastinating until the very last second. And even when I'm procrastinating, the voice in the back of my head nags me to do it the whole time, so there's no relaxation time there. The whole season just passes by like that. Dx;
Summer is nice, but after about a month or so of vacation, I get bored and want school to start up again. xD My parents can't really afford to take time off so our "vacations" don't last long (I think the longest we've been out is four days...). I guess I'm just a bit jealous that my friends are going out to places like France and China and I'm stuck at home watching my siblings and doing chores. :<
Fall would have to be my favorite season. x3 Not too hot, not too cold (though many would beg differ on the latter) and overall just... nice. School's starting up, breaking me from the monotony that is summer break, and I just get excited. xD; I dunno, don't you guys ever get the feeling when you're dressing up for the first day and you look at yourself in the mirror and just grin, telling yourself that this was going to be "the year". Even if it's inevitable that nothing will really happen, I can't help but hope that this time there'll be something new and big and amazing. xD; Then Halloween rolls in, which is just fun with parties and trick-or-treating even though I'm twice the size of most kids running around out there. :'D And Thanksgiving is nice since my family, for once in the whole year, all eat together. Even though our Thanksgiving dinner turns out to be at breakfast time, I still love sitting down with everyone and watching the Macy's Day Parade.
But winter is a bit... dull. There's not much to do, or at least not much anyone else feels like doing. Everyone just gets so accustomed to staying at home and cuddling with their Snuggie, but frankly, I don't think it's that cold here. I mean, we live on the coast-- it doesn't even snow! >.<o And then I just hate Christmas time. Actually, it probably wasn't until around Christmas last year that I stopped liking it. xD; People just get so hung up over gifts-- or, what's more annoying, the gifts they want-- and it's just... really? Does everyone have to be so materialistic? And could you at least say thank you and not groan over how you got socks when you wanted that new iReallyDon'tCare? My God, at least you didn't get a lump of coal, you ungrateful little--
*Ahem* Yeah... Sorry for rambling/ranting here and there. ^^;;
