OoC; If either of you wish to join as another character, it is fine with me. I wasn't going to post a reply until I was sure Elite and Sarin were going to join or not.

(Sorry for the lateness. I'll be more efficient now... ^^; )
The indignant murmur of the doors, stirred from their rest with a sharp shove, had nothing on the melodramatic sigh emitted by the woman who walked through them and kept on walking. A quick glimpse around the lobby was enough to tell her that she'd be proceeding as planned - the one person whose appearance would either make her tired face stretch into a smile or, more likely after the events of the past several days, cause her to test out her boxing ability was not present. Not that she had expected he would be. He'd made that clear enough. And the weight of his wallet in her purse might make him regret it later.
So she walked unhindered to the front desk a frown struggling - and failing - to break through her dull expression. She was too tired to be angry at the moment, and after all he had only been half of her reason to come here. It looked like work would come before play after all. Her suitcase hung heavy in her left hand as her right swung down to ring the bell for service. She had heard a bit of noise in the dining room. Yes, that would work. First, she'd get her room, then she'd get a drink. She glanced down at the bell - in its silver gloss, her blonde hair seemed gray and her skin deathly pale against eyes whose blue seemed to lose its luster in that imperfect mirror. She looked like she felt, many years older than she was.
First she'd get her room, then she'd buy out the bar.
(And sorry for the failure of a post. >>)

(( Not done. I'll try and finish ASAP, but right now, I need sleep. =.=; I hate being braindead. ))
For the fifth time that evening, Erin sighed. One would have thought that the near vacant room of the dining hall would more than suffice for gathering their thoughts. The tranquil (though, albeit, dull) atmosphere was perfect for just sitting down and relaxing, especially while enjoying a nice, freshly cooked meal. However, that was proving to be quite a difficult thing for the thirteen-year old to do; perhaps if her father would stop mauling his food as if it would disappear within the next three seconds, she wouldn't have that problem.

OoC; Alright, is anyone still interested in this RP? If no one wishes to continue, we can shuffle this board off to the graveyard. Of course I'll save the idea for future use. ^^

O'course I'm still interested~ I just ended up making a bad character. ;_; I'll rectify it somehow. I'm really sorry the roleplay hasn't gone anymore for so long, either. =x;
Like Elite-chan said, though, she doesn't want to roleplay much at the moment, so we'll have to leave her out for now.

ooc; Adella's entrance! (I love that name, btw. x3 I'm naming my daughter that~) I finally finished it~ 8D
bic;
A hand tucked a lock of shiny black hair behind her ear for the umpteenth time as she bent over, growling agitatedly at it. She’d never told the hairdresser to give her such short layers, and it drove her crazy every time she leaned down to pick up a duffel bag, suitcase, backpack, or whatever the guest had decided to bring. The concept of a pin or clip never crossed her mind, the obvious and simple solution not as simple and obvious to the seventeen year old. And so, she dealt with the small, not so miniscule problem every day.
The bellhop nodded enthusiastically as her client instructed her to take a bag up to her room. ((Btw, this is some random person, not Sarin's character, just clearing this up o: )) Her zeal was her trademark trait, as she was animated in nearly everything she did. She wasn’t so excited, however, as she lifted what must have been ten bowling balls. Her deep brown eyes narrowed in annoyance as she shot the owner a quick glare. Oh, don’t worry about me! Your bag is just going to ensure my new job as a bell ringer in Notre Dame! ‘Quasimodo, you’re fired and Adella is taking your place!’ she thought sardonically, practically dragging the luggage into the service elevator with her hair in her face. The girl dropped the bag, causing a minor tremor, and pressed the appropriate button, watching it light up.
She sighed with relief when the elevator moved, worried for a moment that the woman’s suitcase was too heavy for the machine to handle. Groaning as she hoisted the ten-ton bag off the elevator, Adella staggered down the hall towards the guest’s room. She fought to maintain a smile, though every muscle in her mouth wanted to contort to the most unattractive, painful expression there was.
Finally, she reached the room and knocked on the door. When there was no reply, she huffed in annoyance. Adella decided to simply leave her bag there, she deserved it for being so obnoxious! If someone stole her stuff, it wasn’t the bellhop’s problem. The raven-haired teen set the luggage down as gently as possible in front of the door to the room, stretching her fingers and rubbing them as she headed back down to the first floor.
To avoid the woman, she thought taking the stairs would be the best idea even though the cold, concrete stairwell did freak her out a bit. Adella tore down both flights of stairs quickly, though she swore she wasn’t scared, simply in a hurry, and in the process tripped on the last step. She cried out in surprise, being cut off abruptly when she made contact with the hard floor.
“Ouch…” she mumbled, standing shakily and rubbing her forearms and knees, but was still able to see the bright side, “At least I didn’t fall on my face, though…”
Frowning at the bruises that were surely under her uniform but thankful for the well-being of her face, Adella wandered into the lobby to take care of the next guest.

OoC; Whoa, okay, we won't delete it. XD I didn't know everyone was stil intereseted but that is pretty awesome! @sarah; Your character is fine, don't be so hard on yourself. c: but yes, we'll let Elite go for awhile but if she wants to join in again, by all means she can as long as she can figure out a way into the plot. Zelda; Thats fine. I'm not killing it anytime soon. I'm going to write up my reply as soon as possible and if anyone else is interested in joining/leaving, just let me know. Now is the best time!

Maggie frowned, spinning the plate in her grip as if checking it for cracks or something unsavory. Finally, her eyes flicked up to the the blond youth who was wet up to the elbow and looking a bit overworked, but still retaining his causal demeanor. "A guest had particularly greasy fingers. Thankfully he hadn't began to gorge himself, so there is no need for a mop," She replied with relief. She strode over and placed it precariously atop what was still left, watching it for a moment as the stack shivered before settling. "Looks like you have your hands full. The cooks must of been overworked this afternoon without me being aware," She murmured, a touch of annoyance that quickly dissipated with a sigh, "Any how, when you get done with those dishes, be sure to tidy up the dinning room. I wouldn't be surprised if they dropped a few other things."
Her attention was caught when there was the familiar ding of the elevator, announcing someones arrival from another floor; She frowned, wondering why guests were insisting on being so lively tonight, and brushed her hair behind her ears. She wished to linger in the kitchen, where it was quiet and the likelihood of guests striding in was low. Her wish was not granted, though, not because of elevator once again but rather the ring of the bell at the front desk. She gave Hayden a professional nod as if assuring herself against whatever or whoever she had to face, and pushed through the swinging door. She strode quickly through the dining room, paying little attention to who was there, and out into the lobby, where a woman stood, appearing worn by whatever events had followed her here.
As Maggie took her place behind the desk quickly, she noted that a bellhop had already taken the woman's things to a room; perhaps a standard one bedroom. If that was not what this guest wanted, she would certianly earn an earful when she returns. "Welcome to Maiya Hotel. I'm Maggie and how may I help you?" She said, giving the kindest smile she could as she typed away at the ancient computer before her. Her gaze was flicking between the woman's gaze and the return of Adella, who had promptly tripped while coming up the stairs. Maggie's smile faltered for a moment when she had came into the lobby, clearly in pain, but when she didn't act too injured, she allowed her full attention to be with the one on the other side of the desk.
OoC; I believe I more or less replied to every one. >.>
