May I just say...wtf at her hair. Seriously.
Crazy-hair-girl is Iris. I don't know the boy. But I think he's scheduled to replace Brock. I know. I choked. D< You can't replace Brock! He's been there the whole time!
And sorry, Sarah, Dawn isn't going to the Isshu region with Ash. >=
"Best wishes" to anyone who wants to watch this without punching a hole in their TV. (Can you tell Zelda doesn't take change very well?)
So...can Pokemon only go downhill after Kanto/Johto regions? We'll see. |

Well, they'd probably need to take Brock off before he gets so old that he becomes pedo-ish. =x It is a kids show.
And the Pokemon anime hasn't really changed over the years. =/ I mean sure, there're new people and Pokemon, but each region pretty much plays out the same way. People are just expecting it to be as great as they thought it was when they were younger. That's what I think, anyways. =/

xD; Maybe I'd like it better if she toned it down a bit. She just looks a bit insane to me. o.o; Ah well. I saw someone do a picture of her on DA and it made me dislike her hair less. ^^;
Lawl at Brock. They don't age, silly. At this point, Ash'd be 18 or something. ._. It's so illogical.
That's probably it... o: But I still like the ones with Misty better, anyways. xP
I read it and saw the same pictures on Serebii but I had to find the pictures elsewhere. No right-click on Serebii. xb

Ehh I never liked Misty{Prefers her lame sister due to looks}.. Personally I prefer the movies.. The only one I like misty in is the dream one with Entei.. Personally my fav was The girl who entered the contests first and has sweet Blazikan. forgot name...

I love the games, but I never really enjoyed the anime. It always followed some sort of template for the episodes, which bugged me xD;; I like the dude, but Iris bothers me for some reason...

Iris looks fine. Her hair is just tied at the bottom and it's long and thick, which makes it appear puffier and larger. It's cute and a distinctive character trait. Yeah, I'm sad to see Hikari leave, but I'm sure we'll see her again at some point. Like Kasumi and Haruka, since they found a few places to return. But Iris seems like a nice girl and adventurous - more assertive, like Kasumi. Plus, the D&P season itself was great. I enjoyed the plot progression with Team Galactic, and I'm sure Isshu will be interesting.
Satoshi is never going to seem to get older, by this point. They follow the same Pokémon formula because - well - I don't think they know what else to do with it, even if there's some cool things they could do. I don't see the harm for making Satoshi more mature, either. He technically should know much more than they make it seem like, and that's why I didn't like P&D Satoshi. They make him a bit less knowledgable for the kids and I guess it makes them feel more attached to him, because they're learning about Pokémon with him (pretty much what it has to be). He just has to suffer from the certain label of a timeless shounen character.
Takashi is cool and all, but I want someone new, too. This new one looks like one of those eccentric guys who's a bit self-centered but a good guy at heart. I guess we just have to watch to figure out if we like them or not.
